Jonathan Smith has joined Convergys as vice president and general manager for EMEA.
Smith will use his experience to drive Convergys’ growth plans in the region. He reports to Bob Lento, president of Convergys’ information management business.
Andy Green is now vice president of sales for EMEA. Green has over 20 years of experience in license sales, professional services sales, and professional services delivery in the software and telecommunications industries and will be focused on generating new business for Convergys.
Paul Louden has been named director of sales for EMEA. An experienced sales leader in the communications and unified collaboration industries, Paul will work closely with Convergys’ strategic and channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.
Both Green and Louden report to Smith.
