Swedish fixed net telecoms operator Devicom has signed a partnership agreement with Telenor and Lebara Sweden.
Under the agreement Devicom will take over Lebara's Enhanced Mobile Service Provider (EMPS) platform on Telenor's Swedish GSM network.
Devicom will also take over the customers currently using Lebara's EMPS in Sweden.
The agreement establishes Devicom as a mobile telephony services provider to private customers and smaller enterprises.
Devicom specialises in providing low-cost international calls over the fixed net.
