Ericsson bags softswitch deal in Indonesia

Ericsson signed a deal to deliver a mobile softswitch solution to Indonesian telecom operator Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia, a Reuters report said.

The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed, but Ericsson said the deal was one the biggest softswitch network modernisations in the Asia Pacific region.

The three-year agreement included services such as network deployment, it added.
