Under the deal, eServGlobal has acquired EIG assets, including intellectual property, source code, computer equipment, customer contracts and approximately 300,000 pounds ($589,282) of current receivables.
According to eServGlobal, EIG has a product suite that is complementary to the company's messaging offering. The two firms also share many important customers.
