eServGlobal gets Indonesian deal

eServGlobal has completed the fourth installation of its ChargingMax real-time charging platform in Indonesia.

The company works with four major telecommunications carriers in Indonesia, which has more than 65 million subscribers. Two of these mobile carriers are large ones, while the other two are new market entrants.

The ability for operators to track and charge call costs in real time is crucial for markets such as Indonesia, as it has a high proportion of prepaid users. eServGlobal says its solutions enable service providers to efficiently increase the value of their prepaid business by adding service richness and flexibility and by reaching previously untapped market segments.
