Dr Sinclair Stockman, former chief scientist and CIO at BT, has joined Singularity as chief industry analyst for the firm's telecoms division. Stockman has over 25 years experience in the sector, working at the highest levels in the industry.
Stockman will drive telecoms product strategy for Singularity, a business process management (BPM) software vendor.
As BT's CIO from 2000 to 2004, Stockman had overall responsibility for its information systems, spearheading many initiatives, including the delivery of BT's first broadband systems.
