Pipal Research, a unit of Firstsource Solutions, signed a multi-year deal with British Telecom Global Services to provide knowledge-based back-office services, a Reuters report said.
The services offered would include market, segment, country and customer research, proposition support and numerical analysis work, it said in a statement.
The total value of the contract is expected to exceed €20.16 million (US$30 million) over six years, it said.
