Gartner gives Amdocs "

Research firm Gartner has given Amdocs a "positive" rating for its overall business and a "strong positive" for its performance within the communications industry.

The highest possible rating of "strong positive" is in the cross-industry areas of strategy (corporate viability), OSS for services and resource management, and billing (revenue management).

According to Gartner, a vendor that receives a "strong positive" rating demonstrates that it is a solid provider of strategic products, services or solutions.

Amdocs says it offers a combined BSS and OSS solution that delivers complete visibility of the customer, the network and the service. The combination helps facilitate service providers' transition from legacy to next-generation networks and systems.
