Improved BSS offering

Convergys has made available Infinys Series 3, a BSS that allows operators to better support their customers when providing new IP-based services and technology, including content and IMS.


The new offering has enhanced rating, charging, billing, and active mediation capabilities, allowing support for new and imaginatively packaged content delivery. In addition, an enterprise-wide unified product catalog and offer management capabilities provide an efficient, effective, and seamless customer experience via all order and care channels, Convergys says.
