The TM Forum has come out with three deliverables that will facilitate the adoption of an industry-wide model for quickly bringing services to market.
The new TM Forum specifications now ready for download include a published NGOSS contract specification, TMF 211, which describes the role of an Active Catalog within a Product and Service Assembly (PSA) type architecture.
This document is designed to enable service providers to request PSA-compliant solutions from the vendor community and also to give vendors detailed information on how to comply with such requests.
The Active Catalog Interface implementation details are now also available under an open source license to promote ease of implementation and adoption.
