Intec has hired Andrew Meyler as VP of Customer Services.
He comes from Orchestria, where he was VP of Customer Support, armed with more than 20 years of service provision, business development and general management experience across a broad spectrum of global telecoms, outsourcing and software companies.
In his position, Meyler will be tasked with supporting Intec's more than 400 customers, focusing especially on developing, implementing and coordinating all customer service programs on a global basis, while delivering value-added services.
Prior to Orchestria, Meyler was with Siemens Business Services, where he built a division of more than 3,000 staff to provide non-IT services to all SBS business process outsourcing contracts.
