Benin Telecoms has chosen to deploy Intec’s InterconnecT billing and Total Service Mediation settlement solutions, to enable it to deliver superior customer experience, while preventing revenue leakage and securing increased revenue streams.
According to Intec, its InterconnecT solution will allow Benin Telecoms to maximize revenues through inter-carrier billing, which is previously unachievable due to the telco’s legacy, proprietary systems.
The implementation of the solution will also reduce disputes and shorten resolution times, facilitating improved cash flow.
Intec’s Total Service Mediation, on the other hand, will prevent revenue leakage while checking for potential fraudulent usage patterns.
