ISRO's Antrix clinches European deals

(India Business Insight via NewsEdge) The Indian Space Research Organisation has won commercial contracts to build two communication satellites for European customers.


The contracts were secured by the ISRO's commercial arm, Antrix Corp.


Antrix also entered into a memorandum of agreement with EADS Astrium to jointly manufacture and market communication satellites for the global market.
