The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Cathy Cruz Marrero, whose unfortunate tumble has been viewed 1.5 million times on YouTube, is suing the mall for the fall and for the release of the surveillance video for all to see.
"I saw the water coming at me, I could see the pennies and nickels at the bottom of the fountain and then I was in it," Marrero told her local newspaper in Pennsylvania.
