Matthew Cochran named president of Cellcrypt FZE

Cellcrypt, a provider of encrypted cell phone voice calling, has appointed Matthew Cochran as president of Cellcrypt FZE.
 
In his new role, Cochran will lead the company’s operations and business development in the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
 
He will be focusing on company-wide global offset and countertrade activities (Industrial Participation) while based at Cellcrypt FZE’s headquarters in Dubai, UAE. 
 
Prior to Cellcrypt, he was director of business development and commercialization at Al Taif Technical Services, a Mubadala company.
