The integrated solution monitors, records and analyzes MOS (mean opinion score), a critical industry-wide indicator of voice quality on live calls. It provides cable operators like Mediacom with a cost-effective method of passively monitoring their network and proactively identifying potential service-affecting issues. Providing network-wide visibility and drill-down capability, Omni-Q offers Mediacom both historical voice quality monitoring and subscriber level troubleshooting.
