MIND CTI revenues in the second quarter of 2012 were $5.29 million, improving from $4.55 million in the second quarter of last year and $5.26 million in the first quarter of 2012.
Gross profit was $2.51 million or 47% of revenue, decreasing from $2.88 million or 63% of revenue in the second quarter of 2011.
Operating income was $710,000 or 13.4% of revenue, falling from $843,000 or 18.5% of revenue in the same period last year.
Net income was $549,000 or $0.03 per share, down to about just half of $967,000 thousand or $0.05 per share in the second quarter of 2011.
