MIND CTI registered revenues of $18.4 million in 2007, slightly lower than the $20.1 million it posted in 2006.
Operating income, excluding amortization of intangible assets and equity-based compensation expense, was $2 million.
The bulk of the company's sales came from Europe at 43% and the Americas at 42%.
In terms of product segment contribution, most of its revenues stemmed from customer care and billing software at $15.4 million, with the enterprise call management software sector accounting for $3 million.
The company also declared a cash dividend of 20 US cents per share, pre-withholding tax.
