Misaligned affects nearly every CSP: Telesperience

Nearly every CSP suffers problems caused by data misalignment, according to research from Telesperience.

A massive 96% of CSPs report they suffer operational or financial impacts from misaligned data, while three quarters said data misalignment damages the customer experience.

And not one provider surveyed was confident of having solved the data misalignment issue, with over half saying the problem is too complex and 42% saying it's too expensive.

Data misalignment was defined as “a situation where software solutions either cannot get the data they need when they need it or else cannot rely on the data being accurate, both of which affect the solution’s performance.”
