The Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services, operating under the brand name MobiFone, has chosen Redknee Solutions to provide it with a real-time messaging rating and charging solution.
Redknee will work with local systems integrator Elcom to support more than 10 million MobiFone subscribers.
According to Redknee, its solution will offer MobiFone a unified platform to enable real-time rating and charging for SMS and associated SMS-based value-added services, as well as enhanced SMS routing capabilities for outbound roaming subscribers.
It will also enable MobiFone to interface with multiple content service providers while optimizing revenue generation and assurance with flexible real-time charging rules and capabilities.
