Mobile phone users unhappy with touch-screens

Mobile phone manufacturers risk losing their customers as they race to incorporate touch-screen features into their phones in a bid to copy Apple's iPhone success, according to Reevoo.com. A survey by the customer-review website found five touch-sceen models ranked in the bottom 10 phones. Only two of the top 10 phones are touch-screen.
