Mycom has inked a contract with Russia’s BaikalWestCom (BWC) for the delivery of Mycom’s NIMS-PrOptima performance management software solution. The solution, which is being delivered across both Nortel GSM networks and Huawei CDMA networks, will give BWC a superior technical solution for its performance management requirements under a single end-to-end platform, Mycom says. BWC adds that the deployment will allow the operator to benefit from increased operational efficiencies, while boosting subscriber loyalty through quality delivery of differentiated service offerings. BWC’s planned Wimax offering will also be covered by this Mycom solution.
