BT Vision, the IPTV service from British telecoms operator BT, enters an agreement with NBC Universal International Television Distribution for a selection of feature films to appear on BT Vision's new Hi-Def on demand movie service in the UK.
BT Vision's service, including its high definition offerings, are delivered to a V-box set top box capable of displaying 1080i format Hi-Def content and also offering the ability to output Dolby 5.1 Surround sound audio.
No separate subscription is required for the Hi-Def content.
