Network Norway has implemented Volubill's policy control suite to help it comply with the new EC regulations against bill shock.
Volubill's CONTROL-IT suite will be used by Network Norway to prevent excessive bills accrued from data roaming across the EU.
Under the new EC rules, operators must offer customers an option to cab their data use while roaming within EU member countries.
Volubill said it had already deployed its charging and policy control products on five new networks this year.
