Nokia Siemens has finally cleared regulatory hurdles to complete its $975 million (€659 million) acquisition of Motorola Solutions network assets. The firm claims the deal makes it the US market leader, the largest non-Japanese vendor in Japan, and shores up its place as the world’s number two vendor.
