News In Brief: NTT DoCoMo, Vodafone, China Mobile, Dell

NTT DoCoMo has completed  the acquisition of a 26% stake in Indian operator Tata Teleservices for 127.4 billion rupees ($2.52 billion).

Vodafone has partnered with Thai operator DTAC. Under the agreement, DTAC will have exclusive access to Vodafone's product range in Thailand, while Vodafone will use its network to offer voice and data roaming for customers visiting Thailand.
 
Nokia Siemens Networks has completed phase two deployment of TD-SCDMA network for China Mobile. NSN is installing TD-SCDMA networks in 28 cities for the operator.

Sales from Dell's Chinese operations grew  28% last financial year, and now accounts for 5% of the company's global business.
