News In Brief: Telenor, Nintendo, Ideaworks Labs, LightSpeed

Norwegian carrier Telenor promises a radical shake up of its consumer pricing strategy from early April, combining multiple packages in two main tariffs to address growing demand for mobile Internet access.
Nintendo has embedded a mobile browser from Access in its latest handheld gaming console, the 3DS, which is due to launch in Europe tomorrow.
Ideaworks Labs has added access to operating system-specific APIs and third party libraries to its multi-device apps development tools. The updated Airplay product is initially available for iOS and Android.
Support for a coalition challenging LightSpeed’s satellite frequency allocation is growing, with membership doubling in a fortnight. Firms are concerned the carrier won an operating license without first proving there is no interference with GPS signals.
