O2 Ireland has implemented Subex Systems' ROC for fraud management to support its operations.
O2 said it had chosen Subex's suite for its modular approach to fraud management.
“Implementing Subex’s ROC for fraud management has helped us identify specific fraud types, which has proved beneficial for us in pro-active fraud management,” O2 fraud and security manager Denise Murphy said.
O2 Ireland was able to immediately detect previously hidden fraud once the ROC came online, Subex added.
