Occam Networks has given its European expansion program a leg up by partnering with a market leading Nordic OSS/BSS software provider.
The US-based firm will embed Sweden-based Netadmin System’s OSS/BSS software with its optical network equipment, citing demand from several European customers for a solution that combines infrastructure and operations management for open fixed broadband networks.
Occam states the partnership – which sees Netadmin appointed as a preferred supplier – opens the door to potential deals in the UK and Switzerland.
It also expects to pick up additional business in current European markets that include the Czech Republic, France, Italy, and Poland.
Netadmin is a market leader in OSS/BSS software in Nordic countries, with a 60% share in Sweden, Occam states.
