Andrew Braitchouk has joined sportsbook technology provider Offsidegaming as finance director.
Braitchouk has more than 10 years experience of corporate finance in both the listed and private sectors.
Prior to joining Offsidegaming, Braitchouk played an integral role at the Unibet Group during its time of rapid growth from an initial listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange at £65m to the market capitalisation of £500m.
He also held management positions with Clermont Leisure, a land based casino operator and part of the GuocoLeisure Group.
