Operators only recover third of revenue leakage

Operators recover just a third of their total identified revenue leakages, according to a study of providers from five continents.

The Revenue Assistance Benchmark Study, conducted by the TM forum in conjunction with cVidya networks, reveals that operators are losing on average 1% of their total earnings potential through identified revenue leakage.

14 operators worldwide took part in the study. The operators provided KPIs which were then assessed based on the TM Forum's KPI methodology.

TM forum last week announced a pan-Asian forum for communications service providers in the region to discuss the upcoming challenges they will face. The Management World Asia forum will be held in Singapore on January 12-15.
