Oracle launches new CRM on Demand suite

Oracle has launched release 17 of Oracle CRM On Demand, adding new forecasting and analytics capabilities to the CRM suite.

The new version adds functions including flexible fiscal calendars, revenue and product quantity forecasting and real-time information comparisons against current and former forecasts.

New usability enhancements and a redesigned user interface help simplify operation of the suite, Oracle said, and to increase sales functionality.

The partner relationship management functionality has also been enhanced in the new version, which also adds support for Brazilian Portugese and Norweigian to the 18 already supported languages.
