Ontology Systems has released OSS/CAD 2.0, the updated version of the company’s semantics and ontology-based service management application that uses virtual unified service modeling to deliver overall BSS/OSS data integrity and alignment, service impact and fault prioritization, and SLA impact analysis to service providers.
Unlike the earlier version 1.0, this new release also provides users with a Service Impact Analysis OntoPack and the OSS/CD Modeler development tool.
The Service Impact Analysis tool leverages the OSS/CAD semantics capabilities to deliver an out-of-the-box SIA application with low total cost of ownership.
The OSS/CAD Modeler allows rapid building, deployment and management of OSS/CAD service management applications.
