Prime Carrier has purchased F-Line Technologies, an integrated software corporation serving the telecoms industry.
Under the acquisition agreement, F-Line Technologies and the Concept-Tel products, F-Line Technologies' flagship, becomes part of Prime Carrier.
This strengthens the provision of software-based services and solutions to the global telecoms industry, Prime Carrier says. F-Line Technologies staff will be retained to continue the ongoing software development, marketing, customer deployment and support to customers including KDDI, Des Vieux Telecoms, Telepoint, CTI Telefónica, Trescom, Primus, Technology Control Services and Long Distance International.
F-Line Technologies also provides Prime Carrier with a presence in the North American market.
