Viacloud has selected Redknee’s billing, rating, settlement and customer care solution to support the launch of its UK operations.
Redknee’s solution will also manage Viacloud’s partner, customer care and interconnect requirements as it increases its partners and, launches MVNOs from its platform as a mobile virtual network aggregator.
Also, Redknee has secured a new transformation deal that will see its turnkey converged billing solution replace the legacy billing solution at an Eastern European operator.
The deal will enable the operator to benefit from real-time billing, advanced CRM, interconnect, self-care and VAS systems.
