Redknee has secured a multi-million-dollar deal for the deployment of its Turnkey Converged Billing solution for a leading communications service provider in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
The solution enables the operator to manage its wireless, fixed, and broadband services with a complete converged billing solution, providing a seamless triple-play experience to its subscribers.
By consolidating its billing and customer relationship management systems onto one converged platform, the operator can provide a unified experience to multi-service subscribers, enable cross-service bundles and promotions, and facilitate simpler payment options.
More than half of the revenue from this contract will be recognized in fiscal 2009, Amdocs says.
