Redknee said a Tier 1 North American operator has opted for a multi-million dollar upgrade of its Unified Profile Server (UPS).
The upgrade will enable the operator to optimize third-party content to personalize value-added services and generate new revenue streams such as mobile advertising.
The upgrade enables the Redknee client to deliver a more personalized offering to its customers by defining specific privacy policies for network enablers such as social networking, mobile advertising, presence, instant messenger, and location-based services.
