Billing system company Redknee has announced it has signed two multi-year services agreements, including a multi-million dollar contract in the Americas region.
The company said it had signed a services and upgrades contract in the Americas, and an on-the-ground support deal with an EMEA operator currently rolling out services.
Redknee will provide customer care and billing solutions, as well as design, implementation and operational support.
