Russia blocks Google's 100% control of Begun

Russia's Federal Anti-monopoly Service (FAS) has refused to let Google acquire 100% of the Begun advertising agency, according to a story by Reuters.

Apparently, it gave no reason for the refusal.

In July, Rambler Media, the British-registered owner of Russia's Rambler Internet portal, agreed to sell the agency to Google for US$140 million (€108 million).
