The telco is migrating all consumer services to a converged platform
A Caribbean/Latin American telco has engaged Comverse on a long-term contract for licenses and service related to the Converse ONE BSS solution.
The operator will transition from the Comverse Kenan BSS solution to the Comverse ONE Converged BSS solution, backed by Comverse Professional Services.
This is expected to create a converged environment providing service continuity across all aspects of the operator’s multi-play business -- wireless, wireline, internet and cable.
The solution facilitates introduction of additional lines of business and new IP-based services that promises benefits for customers in sectors such as tourism, commerce, government, financial, and health.
