'Service Model' catalyst key to efficiency

Network Cadence has launched “The Service Model” catalyst, a collaboration between Qwest and Comptel, which aims to demonstrate that a consistent approach to the way that services are defined is the key to the realization of the true efficiency and agility benefits of service assembly.

The Service Model catalyst takes off from TM Forum’s Product and Service Assembly Initiative (PSA), which s service providers can use to organize their business into an agile factory that can support the rapid creation, assembly and launch of new products and services. This can lead to significant time and cost benefits.
