Sicap has opened an office in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, in a bid to better serve its mobile operator and service provider customers in West Africa.
The company is preparing to take on the new challenges being faced by African operators, including usability of data services by all customer devices, a marketing edge gained from the ability to react quickly to new trends, and a fast return on investment.
The company says it can provide clients with complementary software and services that can help open and monetize network assets in the local context.
