Sky selects MediationZone for business intelligence

UK subscription TV operator Sky has selected DigitalRoute's MediationZone as its primary data integration platform for corporate business intelligence.

Sky first began using MediationZone in 2007 as a strategic mediation system. The platform was expanded to also cover data integration for strategic products at the end of 2008.

The latest upgrade also made the product a component in Sky's tailored advertising solution.

MediationZone has now replaced all existing mediation systems across Sky's business, DigitalRoute said.

and its capabilities outside the traditional mediation space,” Sky business intelligence manager Avi Marco said.
