Slovak Telekom has cut is operational costs by around 20% after deploying Amdocs OSS solutions, the vendor claimed.
The Slovakian operator has also reputedly cut service provisioning times by 40% and reduced order rejects by 10%.
Amdocs revealed these statistics at this year's Management World expo in Nice.
“Operational expenses - and labor costs in particular - have been reduced due to... shortened provisioning times, increased operational efficiencies and a reduction in human error,” Slovak Telecom IT director Stanislav Pavlovic said.
