Subex aids Telekom Slovenije on 'bill shock'

Subex has teamed up with Telekom Slovenije to implement a solution that protects their customers from “bill shock” or unexpected high communications bills.
 
The use of a growing range of telecom services has increased the risk of bill shock for individuals and businesses.
 
Subex’s ROC (revenue operations center) Fraud Management was implemented at Telekom Slovenije in late 2009.
 
This solution has helped the service provider to assess usage patterns among subscribers quickly and, in turn, provide it with the intelligence and analysis to select the subscribers that need to be warned.
