Subex Azure has completed 180 days of successful integration of Syndesis, which the company acquired in April.
Following the completion of the acquisition, Subex Azure has had eight new wins, including three fulfillment and assurance solutions (FAS) customers. The company also launched during this period its first FAS offering - the subscriber-centric VoIP Express bundles, which accelerate the creation and automate the complex provisioning of VoIP offerings for business and consumer markets.
The purchase of Syndesis will allow Subex Azure to provide its customers with solutions that will help them practice operational dexterity - a concept that includes revenue maximization and service fulfillment - to deliver competitive advantage.
