Swisscom is now using TM Forum’s Business Metrics Automation, the first operator to do so, through cVidya’s MoneyMap solution.
Previously, Swisscom and other operators manually gathered metric data, completed questionnaires and sent the information to the TM Forum for benchmark analysis.
The MoneyMap functionality also enables telecom group companies to maintain and compare key performance indicators between the group subsidiaries.
