Opera Software announced that it has signed an agreement with Swisscom for the operator to deploy a customized version of the mobile browser Opera Mini.
Swisscom has 5 million mobile customers, around 5.3 million fixed lines including 1.6 million broadband connections.
The company has a presence throughout Switzerland and offers a range of products and services for mobile, landline and IP-based voice and data communication.
The agreement between Opera Software and Swisscom includes license, development, support and maintenance and server-hosting.
