Taiwan to sell more incumbent shares

Taiwan's government would sell off more state shares in Chunghwa Telecom, the island's largest telecom carrier, to help fund a slew of infrastructure projects, a Reuters report said.

No details were immediately available.

Taiwan's transport ministry currently owns 35.7% in Chunghwa Telecom, which has outstanding capital of NT$95.578 billion ($3.1 billion).
