Talkmobile, a division of The Carphone Warehouse and part of Best Buy Europe, has awarded Cerillion Technologies a new supply contract for convergent CRM and billing solution.
This new contract is meant to support Talkmobile’s activities as a mobile virtual network operator in the UK.
Under the terms of the five-year agreement, Cerillion will host and operate the system as a managed service and provide migration from Talkmobile’s legacy systems.
Cerillion’s API layer and the thin-client CRM interface enables easy integration with Talkmobile’s IT systems and low impact deployment to its call centers.
